We offer a plan that allows organizations with multiple creators to create an organizational account and manage creators and content collectively. This plan enables efficient operations such as task management and tracking the status of employees, current students, and alumni. It is particularly useful for sharing content with multiple members or introducing multiple members together.

1. Organizational Portfolio
- Introduce all members and content associated with the organization collectively.
- Groups can be created within the organization based on departments, faculties, teams, or divisions, allowing members to be introduced by group.
2. Organizational Drive

Members can manage content by dividing it into "Share Drive" and "Private Drive."

Various types of files and folders can be stored.

The "Share Drive" allows data sharing among members in the same group.

The "Private Drive" is used when a member wants to manage data individually.
- The organization can collectively contract storage capacity for the drive.
- The storage limit per member can be set.
3. Member Invitations
- Members can be invited to organizational groups in bulk by uploading an "invitee list."
4. Assigning Member Roles
- Four roles can be assigned to members within the organization.
- Each member's available actions depend on their assigned role.
Higher roles can perform all actions available to lower roles.
Privileged Administrator
- Create and delete organizations.
- Invite and remove Privileged Administrators and Service Administrators.
- Modify pricing plans.
- Set storage limits per member.
Service Administrator
- Invite and remove Service Administrators and Group Administrators.
- View, edit, and delete all content within the organization.
- View, edit, and remove all members within the organization.
Group Administrator
- Create and delete groups.
- Invite and remove group members.
- View, edit, and delete all content within the group.
Group Member
- Create content.
- Edit and delete their own content.
- View content within the group.
- Perform authorized actions related to content (edit, delete).
- Request to add or remove content collaborators (for content created by others).
- Approve or reject requests to add or remove collaborators for their own content.
